Welcome to project RISE 100. A 100 day challenge created to show you just how much can change when you commit to consistent action.

These are the last 100 days of 2025, and let’s be real…the end of the year is when most of us start to slack off on our goals. But what if we used this time to set ourselves up for a stronger start to 2026?

I know 2025 has been a wild ride. Personally, I’ve felt overwhelmed, unsure of what to do, and sometimes questioning whether my actions even make a difference. Maybe you’ve felt the same. The truth is…yes, the world has plenty of problems. But real change starts with small, consistent action. It starts when each of us chooses to keep showing up, even when it feels like we’re not doing enough.

That’s what Rise 100 is all about: consistency over perfection. For the next 100 days, we’re choosing to rise. Step by step, habit by habit, together.

The challenge kicks off Tuesday, September 23, 2025. But here’s the thing: it doesn’t matter if you start late. If you’re reading this a day after, a week later, or even halfway through – start anyways. Don’t let the calendar decide when you rise. Start today. Start now.

 

The Four Pillars

During the next 100 days we will be tackling habits in each category. Depending on which level you choose will depend on how many habits you have. The pillars are as follows:

BODY.

MIND.

SPIRIT.

COMMUNITY.

ROOTED. LEVEL ONE.

 

Level one is to create foundational habits. For level one- we will begin with 4 – one for each pillar.

  1. Move your body for 20 min daily.
  2. Journal OR Read for 20 min daily.
  3. Gratitude Practice ( List 3 things)
  4. One simple act of kindness.

There is nothing wrong with choosing level one. This challenge is meant to be accessible to EVERYONE. People just starting out, busy humans, or needing something to just get started. Remember: change begins with small but consistent ACTION.

Doing something will get you farther than doing nothing. <3

GROWING. LEVEL TWO.

Level two is all about growing STONGER habits and building deeper practices. This consists of 8 habits. (2 for each pillar.)

  1. Move 30 minutes daily.
  2. Set and achieve water goal.
  3. Journal 10 minutes.
  4. Read 10 pages.
  5. 10 minutes of meditation, prayer, or reflection. Dealer’s choice.
  6. Gratitude practice. (List 10 Things)
  7. One act of intentional kindness.
  8. Weekly community engagement.

This is great middle ground of pushing yourself while also fitting in new or consistent habits into a busy life.

THRIVING. LEVEL THREE.

Level three is pushing yourself to be your highest potential. This level consists of 12 habits.

  1. 45 minutes of structured movement.
  2. Set and meet water goal.
  3. Set and meet nutrition goal.
  4. Journal 15 minutes a daily.
  5. Read 10 pages daily.
  6. Set a screen time limit.
  7. 10 minute meditation, prayer, reflection. Dealer’s choice.
  8. Gratitude Practice (Full page)
  9. Go outside and connect with nature.
  10. Intentional act of kindness.
  11. Weekly community engagement.
  12. Join some type of community group.

This is meant to be a challenge- but it is doable if you are wanting to lock in for the last 100 days of 2025.

REMINDER: THIS IS ABOUT CONSISTENCY NOT PERFECTION. 

This is not a challenge where if we miss a habit, have a bad day, or take a day off- that we have to start over. Show up the best you can everyday. Sometimes that means knowing when you need rest. Knowing when you don’t have time for EVERYTHING. Do what you need- then show up the best you can again tomorrow. Let’s see what we can do.
